Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service-Based Projects
Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Work completed up to the cancellation date shall be billable.
- Advance payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
Software Development & Digital Services
- Project initiation fees are non-refundable.
- Customized software, websites, mobile applications, branding, and marketing services are non-refundable once development has commenced.
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be determined solely by HYPE-BIZ management.
Product Sales
For physical products sold through our brands, including incense sticks and consumer products:
- Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims must include photographs and purchase details.
- Replacement or refund shall be subject to verification.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Deliveries
Orders shall be dispatched subject to stock availability. Estimated delivery times:
- Kerala: 2–5 business days
- South India: 3–7 business days
- Rest of India: 5–10 business days
International Deliveries
Export shipments are subject to customs clearance, port handling, shipping schedules, and destination country regulations. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only.
Delays
HYPE-BIZ shall not be liable for delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.
